Over 50% of children in foster care are boys, but only 14% of CASA volunteers are men. Many of the boys who have experienced abuse and neglect would benefit from having a male advocate as their voice in an overwhelmed child welfare system. If you want to learn about child abuse, foster care, and what it takes to become a CASA volunteer – or want to help spread the word to others – join us for Men at The Mitten, and bring a friend!
